A Little About Me…

Executive Life Coach | Soul Evolution Midwife | Human Design Specialist | Chief Programs Officer at The Encouragement Company

Before discovering my true passion in Human Design, you could find me everywhere—painting commissioned artwork, leading a youth ministry, creating 16-foot murals and acting in plays at Lakewood Church, traveling the world, and even fundraising to build water wells in Ghana, Africa.

As a 4/1 Manifesting Generator, I’ve always thrived with multiple passions, juggling a dozen things at once. But deep down, I still felt like something was missing—the one true thing destiny was quietly (or sometimes loudly) calling me toward.

Finding Human Design

Everything changed in 2021 when a friend casually asked if I knew my Human Design. (Of course,I didn’t.) After a quick Google search turned into a deep dive, I became obsessed. Within months, I had consumed dozens of books, studied for hours every night, and realized I had stumbled upon the roadmap my soul had been waiting for.

My gut said, “This is it, Biiiish…this is what you’ve been waiting for!” So, I listened. I withdrew my 401k, left my corporate career, and became got certified in Quantum Human Design and stepped into my Spiritual role, as what I call a Soul Evolution Midwife—helping others rebirth the most authentic version of themselves so they can find true peace and fulfillment.

Your bodygraph is more than a diagram—it’s the story of how you were designed to thrive in this crazy, beautiful thing called life. My passion is to help you read that story and live it out loud and with confidence.

My Corporate Background

For over 20 years, I worked in corporate America, specifically in Administrative Healthcare. I supported C-Suite executives, Medical Directors, and Hospital Presidents, and even became trained in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, leading employee development workshops. One of my proudest contributions was founding and chairing the first Black Employee Resource Group at Houston Methodist Hospital, ranked the #1 hospital in the nation.

At home, I was proud to say I had raised my 3 children and felt grateful they were building their own businesses and families - prospering in their own right.

And yet, with all of that responsibility, success, recognition and pride, I still wasn’t satisfied. Something in my soul longed for more.
