Intuitive Self-Mastery Coach

Learn More About Allah-mi

The truth is, I built the life I was told would make me happy—degrees, job titles, leadership roles, impact. I was helping people every day: as a social worker, educator, counselor, and administrator at places like USC and in schools and organizations all over the country.

But even while I was showing up, giving my all, and checking every box, something felt… off.

There was this quiet ache inside—this knowing that I wasn’t fully living. I was performing success, but I wasn’t at peace.

Then life cracked me wide open.
Grief shook everything.
I lost someone I loved deeply, and with that loss came questions I had never asked before.

That’s when I stopped living by default and started listening within.

What followed was a deep journey of self-discovery—through Human Design, spiritual study, inner healing, intuitive development, and ultimately: self-mastery.

Who I Am Now

Today, I’m an Executive Life Coach, intuitive strategist, and the founder of The Encouragement Company.

I help individuals and institutions get honest, get aligned, and build lives, teams, and cultures that actually work. I work at the intersection of personal development, leadership, emotional intelligence, and energy management—and I use powerful frameworks like Human Design, the TAP-In Method, and the GREATer Self-Care Formula™ to do it.

But what sets me apart isn’t just what I know. It’s what I’ve lived.

I’ve been the burned-out high performer.
I’ve been the grief-stricken overachiever.
I’ve been the intuitive leader who didn’t yet trust her own voice.

And now?
I teach people how to break those patterns—and build something better.
