Learn More About Allah-mi
The truth is, I built the life I was told would make me happy….I got college degrees, job titles, athletics accomplishments, leadership roles, community impact. I was helping people every day: as a teacher, counselor, social worker, coach, administrator, department chair, program director, and non-profit consultant at places like UCIrvine, Los Rios Community College District, University of Southern California (USC).
But even while I was showing up, giving my all, in every professional job that I pursued, something was always missing.
I remember the year I became tenured-faculty and in the midst of all of the excitement from enduring the arduous 4-year journey, there was this quiet ache inside—still feeling devoid of purpose and greater impact my soul longed for. It was apparent to me that although I may have appeared to be successful, I wasn’t at peace!
Then life cracked me wide open.Grief shook everything. I lost someone I loved deeply, and with that loss came questions I had never asked before.
That’s when I stopped going through the motions and started really listening within. What followed was a journey rooted in deep self-reflection, self-understanding, self-regulation and ultimately intuitive self-mastery. I teach people how to regain control over circumstances by living more intuitively.
Who I Am Now
Today, I’m an Executive Life Coach, Intuitive Strategist, and the Founder and CEO of The Encouragement Company.
I help individuals and institutions get honest, get aligned, and build lives, teams, and cultures that actually work. I work at the intersection of personal development, leadership, emotional intelligence, and energy management—and I use powerful frameworks like Human Design, the TAP-In Method™, and the GREATer Self-Care Formula™ to do it.
But what sets me apart isn’t just what I know. It’s what I’ve lived.
I’ve been the burned-out high performer, the emotionally dis-regulated helping professional, and the intuitive leader who didn’t yet trust her own voice, and the changemaker that has struggled to create sustainable changes in my own life.
And now?
I help people reduce stress and overwhelm by teaching them how to master their mindset, regulate emotions, and make decisions that protect their energy.
