Program Overview

This 6-session guided program blends Human Design insight, intuitive healing, and somatic awareness to help you recover from burnout, emotional exhaustion, or spiritual disconnection.

Participants will gain the tools to understand their patterns, release stored tension, and cultivate inner peace that lasts.
Each session combines reflection, education, and embodiment — with journal prompts, mindfulness practices, and integration exercises to support whole-person healing.

Module 1 — The Pause: Making Space to Heal

  • Awareness & Intention Setting

  •  Slowing down, self-reflection, and identifying what needs attention.

    • Understanding burnout and the body’s call for rest

    • Recognizing signs of emotional fatigue and resistance

    • How Human Design reveals your healing style and energy flow

    • Identify where and why you feel disconnected

    • Set clear healing intentions

    • Create space for emotional and energetic restoration

Module 2 — The Mirror: Understanding Your Emotional Landscape

  • Self-Awareness & Emotional Mapping

  • Exploring the emotional body and the patterns that drive stress or self-sabotage.

    • The relationship between emotions, energy, and thought patterns

    • Triggers, trauma loops, and how the nervous system holds memory

    • Using your Authority in Human Design to manage emotions intuitively
