Human Design for Helping Professionals

Helping professionals work in high-demand environments where emotional labor, compassion fatigue, and burnout are common. This training introduces Human Design as a self-awareness and energy-management framework that supports helping professionals in sustaining their well-being, making confident decisions, and strengthening client interactions.

Through guided instruction and practical application, participants will learn how to read their own Human Design chart, identify stress and burnout patterns, and integrate aligned decision-making and boundary-setting strategies into their professional and personal lives.

    (type, strategy, authority).

  • Analyze how misaligned energy use contributes to stress and burnout.

  • Apply their strategy and authority to make confident and
    aligned decisions.

  • Demonstrate at least two boundary-setting or communication
    strategies informed by their design.

  • Create a personalized self-care and integration plan that
    supports long-term professional resilience.

Modules (1.0 CEU | 60 minutes total)

Module 1 – Foundations of Human Design (15 minutes)

Focus:

Core concepts for helping professionals

Topics:

Types, strategies, authorities, and profiles

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will be able to identify their own type, strategy, and authority in their chart.

Module 2 – Energy Management & Burnout Prevention (15 minutes)

Focus:

Recognizing and redirecting energy use

Topics:

Signs of misalignment, compassion fatigue, boundaries, and sustainable self-care

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will analyze where their energy is being misused and apply at least one Human Design–aligned self-care practice.

Module 3 – Intuitive Decision-Making (15 minutes)

Focus:

Using authority to guide choices

Topics:

Inner authority types and decision-making practice

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will demonstrate use of their authority in one professional decision-making scenario.

Module 4 – Communication, Boundaries & Integration (15 minutes)

Focus:

Applying Human Design in professional practice

Topics:

Authentic communication styles, boundary reinforcement, case examples

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will integrate Human Design strategies into a personalized plan for improved communication, boundaries, and resilience.
